My clients will feel challenged, but also motivated as they begin to see results! The one-on-one experience appeals to people who want to get into shape and get healthy but are discouraged by crowded gyms and the feeling of being judged or on display. Cindy’s Personal Training provides a private, safe and comfortable environment and completely personalized service. I understand how overwhelming the idea of working out on a regular basis can be. I understand the frustration of wanting to get into shape and not knowing where to start. My clients vary in age and physical condition. From young to old, from sedentary to physically active.
